Leaders from China Coal Science Chongqing Research Institute conducted themed education research activities at Kejufu Company

In the afternoon of May 26, 2023, Zhang Zhigang, Deputy General Manager of Chongqing Research Institute of China Coal Science, Sun Haitao, Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Development Department of the Research Institute (presiding over the work), Yue Chaoping, Director of the Office of the State Key Laboratory, Tan Kai, a member of the trade union of Chongqing Research Institute and Vice President of the Measurement and Control Branch, and his delegation went to Kejufu Company to carry out thematic education research. Liu Gang, General Manager of Kejufu Company, Liu Xiaolin, Deputy General Manager, department heads and employee representatives attended the research activity.

The research team first visited and researched the production workshops, warehouses, and laboratories of Kejufu Company, and then organized a symposium. At the symposium, Zhang Zhigang, Deputy General Manager of Chongqing Research Institute, introduced the background and purpose of this theme education research activity, encouraging everyone to speak freely and actively provide suggestions around the two themes of "building core competitiveness in scientific and technological innovation" and "hot and difficult issues strongly reflected by employees and the masses". Next, the research team listened to a work report from Liu Gang, the general manager of Kejufu Company, on the company's current development situation, goals and tasks, difficulties faced in development, and recent hot and difficult issues raised by employees. Finally, the research group was divided into two conversation groups, and conducted one-on-one and face-to-face interviews with the leadership, department heads and staff representatives of Kejufu.

Next, Kejufu Company will take this survey as an opportunity to strictly implement the rectification list of theme education research and the requirements of the research institute leaders, and take practical actions to help the enterprise develop healthily and steadily.
