Introduction

HC-16 is our company specially designed for PBT, PA, phosphorus, nitrogen elements based halogen-free flame retardant.  Not subject to RoHS and REACH;  It has the characteristics of high flame retardant efficiency, good thermal stability, no precipitation, good water resistance, light aging resistance and low smoke non-toxic.

Processing precautions:

The initial thermal decomposition temperature of HC-16 is 360 ℃, and the processing temperature can be adjusted according to specific conditions to enhance dispersion and improve plasticizing effect, and a certain degree of vacuum must be maintained during the processing.

 

Processing Technology:

Model: Twin screw extruder 35 machine           Host temperature setting (℃): 240-280

Host speed: 240-360rpm
