Piperazine pyrophosphate (QZ10-2)
Introduction
Piperazine pyrophosphate produced by our company has a whiteness of 92 or above, which is mainly used as a carbon forming agent to be mixed with halogen-free flame retardant. It can replace traditional pentaerythritol and pentaerythritol phosphate ester PEPA, CFA triazine and so on. Not subject to RoHS and REACH; It has the characteristics of high flame retardant efficiency, good thermal stability, no precipitation, good water resistance, light aging resistance and low smoke non-toxic.

Packing&storage: Moistureproof packing, 25kg/ bag, according to the general industrial production operation, avoid dust irritation.
Processing matters needing attention:
(1) The recommended processing temperature of QZ10-2 is below 280℃, and a certain vacuum degree must be maintained.
(2) When QZ10-2 is used in PP, it is not recommended to use the screw combination with strong shear.
