PP special V2 class flame retardant AMH-01

Introduction

AMH-01 is  specially designed for polyolefin flame retardant, phosphorus, nitrogen, bromine as the main flame retardant elements;  Not subject to RoHS and REACH;  Its high flame retardant efficiency, adding 0.5% in homopolymer PP (adding 2% in copolymer PP), can reach UL94 V-2 level;  Good thermal stability, no precipitation, no water absorption, light aging resistance and low smoke non-toxic characteristics;  Does not contain heavy metals, does not affect the transparency of ordinary PP.

other description:

(1) AMH-01 recommended processing temperature is below 200℃, and vacuum must be maintained during processing.  

(2) When AMH-01 is used in PP, it is not recommended to use screw combinations with strong shear.  

(3) AMH-01 can be customized masterbatch according to customer requirements, which is conducive to dispersion and avoid smoke.
